I had an amazing experience with VIP Eyewear from start to finish. The initial styling session via video call was incredibly helpful and gave me a real understanding and insight into what styles would actually suit me. The follow-up report was fantastic too, it was great to see the results clearly laid out and have a reference document to look back on for colours and styles.

The eye test itself was quick, easy, and very thorough, and throughout the whole process I always felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. As someone who has never been very confident choosing glasses for myself, the team made me feel completely comfortable, understood, and supported.

The in-house styling session was brilliant, and for the first time I left with a pair of glasses that I absolutely love, not just ones other people said “looked okay”!

Going to VIP Eyewear is always a pleasure. The ladies are all so friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to help you choose glasses that suit your face shape and colouring. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Five stars isn't enough.
